Goldbugs, Zerohedge, etc used to do this all day long on Twitter. Probably still do, I wouldn't know. This is just the same thing but for ideological fellow travelers of anyone reading this on Bluesky. Also probably less monetized tbf (laudatory).

Similar to how for 15 years there were goldbugs and inflation hawks who predicted that runaway inflation was RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER and then when we got one year that really did have moderately high inflation due to Covid effects they acted like all their previous predictions were vindicated
