DK/worsted: Filcolana Peruvian, multiply, great stitch def, quite soft, comparable to Cascade 220 DK from the US, which is also NSW, both have a very wide range of colors, though Peruvian has less forest greens. Both very good and affordable.

I think they have resumed shipping to the US

I think many people have seen the Seine Socks, so I'm just showing progress.
I've also posted the #handdyed #handspun blue socks. I'm showing them as an exception to my blocking is silly rules. My 100% longwool and silk blend socks went through the washing machine b4 blocking.

The Seine Socks in blue and white. I love how the cables pop against the stripes both physically and visually. The Ingrid Socks knitted in hand dyed handspun wool and silk blend. The socks survived both wear and a trip through the washing machine. They're on blockers because I felt they actually needed it. Long wool is just amazing.

This week on #showmeyourknits: The knit I am most proud of is my first sweater quantity purchase of handdyed yarn, my first cabled sweater, and the first time I riffed a pattern and did cabling in the ribbing as well. Still one of my favorite sweaters.

Finishing edges, then need yto weave in ends, wash, dry, label and then they'll be ready for listing.

I used the remaining pokeberry "ink" to dye two skeins of white merino/silk yarn that I'd thrifted awhile back, and I have to say, I kind of like how it turned out!

Now, to figure out what to make with it!
