The Keeper of the Last Harvest
Earth has forgotten how to grow, the harvest keeper still gathers what remains.

A towering, skeletal humanoid figure stands on a sloping, debris-covered hillside within a narrow canyon of immense rock walls. The scene is illuminated by golden sunlight filtering through dust and mist, creating a warm, otherworldly glow.
The central figure has a weathered, grayish face resembling aged wood or desiccated skin. Its deep-set eyes look downward toward the viewer, while its elongated neck and narrow shoulders emerge from layers of coarse, earth-colored fabric. Its body is wrapped in countless strands of frayed burlap, rope, and fibrous material that cascade toward the ground like tangled roots.
An extraordinary crown of twisted, leafless branches spreads outward from its head, forming a sprawling network of dark twigs, seedpods, and clusters of tiny reddish-orange berries. The branches extend across much of the upper composition, silhouetted against the pale sunlight.
Massive canyon walls rise on both sides, their surfaces softened by airborne dust and atmospheric haze. Strong rays of sunlight penetrate the narrow opening behind the figure, outlining its silhouette in brilliant gold.
In the distant lower-right background, a tiny upright silhouette stands along the illuminated canyon floor, emphasizing the enormous scale of the central figure.

I adore Harvest Moon/Story of Seasons so much.
I have drawn other characters from the franchise in previous years for the event.
I want to draw the SoS design in an upcoming 25DoC.

25DoC (12DoC) Day 12 - Harvest Witch [2024]

A grumpy blushing Harvest Witch from Harvest Moon looking up the her left side because she is wearing a Christmas Hat and feels embarrassed to be seen like that but deep down she likes it.

Lilithe has drawn the attention of some Witch Hunters through out the years. She would always be on the run but now, she fights back. Reminding them who they’re hunting, The Red Drust Witch

more random #harvestwitch headcanon:

their version of druidism focuses on the autumnal/harvest/decay aspect of nature and they serve the Balance by ensuring living things live out their intended lifespan and die so they can rot and become nutrients in the soil to propagate new life.

getting closer here (ignore the missing gloves/topline of the boots).

i like the idea of harvest witches using poppets instead of wicker creatures to differentiate them from the Drust, and i'm leaning heavily into the harvest golem aesthetic.

they use scythes too obv for the vibes. #harvestwitch
