The right to not be hassled by the cops is prior to, and foundational of, all other political rights.
Folks do not like to acknowledge it, but the reality is you have no first amendment right if the police are allowed to arrest you when you have broken no law, and are assembling in the effort to petition power for a redress of grievance. All the rhetorical trickery aside, it comes down to that.

This whole thing is incredible, but look how his hand is shaking when he points at the guys who are being hassled. He's scared, he's angry, he's pounding with adrenaline, but he's maintaining control of himself and not backing down. He's taking a stand, whatever the cost.

Even back in the 70s and 80s when I could be hassled by the police for walking while trans, no one ever tried to stop me pissing in the Ladies or tried to make me change into my swimsuit among men.

FWIW, I got a six month shot at CVS today in PDX and no one hassled me about it.
I know y’all don’t care about this but there’s a pretty fast spreading Covid variant going around and there’s gonna be a summer surge whether you like it or not. You can, of course, avoid this by getting vaccinated and wearing a mask but you won’t do that.

Apparently one of his friends got hassled for liking Kpop Demon Hunters and Arjun just said he likes that movie and now boys in his grade are allowed to like it, I guess? No one is hassled for like a “girl movie” anymore, at least.
