in co it’s a whole thing to try and hike all of the peaks here that sit above 14,000ft and i just put it into perspective that the himalayans are essentially double that size and altitude. and some people struggle to breathe and get altitude sickness just from being at 5,280ft in denver

and like. once you get down into the nitty gritty there start to be a lot of reasons why actually you would a priori *not* expect there to be population-level variations in intelligence due to genetics between population--*unlike* (say) height or lactose tolerance

No’Mellow’s first batch of s’mores has arrived. Three Hershey and marshmallow coats, three lightly toasted marshmallows like their mama, one extra toasty. The little black fella and one of the Himalayan’s definitely were struggling yesterday, but mama is learning fast and trying hard.
