Only 4 weeks to go until the @histassoc conference. I can't wait to visit Liverpool for the first time, learn loads from top level history teachers and most importantly hang out with all the friends I've made in my 10 years of history publishing. Do stop by the Hachette Learning stand and say hi!

On our 120th birthday, let us know what you love about the HA 👇🏼

#histassoc
Today is the 120th anniversary of the founding of the HA! 🎂

We began in 1906 when a group of teachers and historians gathered to discuss the need for a history ‘subject’ association.

We thank all our members for their support, without which we could not continue to promote history of all, for all.

A question for professional #historians.

The methodology for #teaching #History in schools is predicated on a pedagogy of "working like a historian". How is the work of a professional historian changing as a consequence of #AI? Please RT.
