The terms "left wing" & "right wing" stem from the French Revolution. The extremes of both are communism & fascism. The political spectrum isn't linear but circular. The point at which these two ideologies meet is called totalitarianism. www.instagram.com/reel/DXzrmgT...

Born 160 years ago today, Matthew Henson was born one year after slavery ended, and would go on with 6 person expedition in 1909 discovering the North Pole.

Thought I'd test the 'Caffe Nero has free British Newspaper Archives access myth' that was floating around on here recently - its true! Game changer considering QUB doesn't subscribe but there are approximately 500 million Caffe Neros on Botanic Avenue alone.
