The majestic Fairhaven Town Hall.
Did you know this masterpiece was designed by architect Charles Brigham and first opened its doors back in 1892? Every corner of this town feels full of history.

Finding old shoes under floors is always thought provoking for me. Their placement & context is everything, providing opportunity to consider folkloric traditions. This small boot had been repaired extensively! #archaeology #buildingsarchaeology #context #historicbuildings
