Today @metrolosangeles.bsky.social sent a letter to the City of LA saying that they will sue if LA requires HLA compliance on Metro projects.
HLA applies to any projects done on City streets, regardless of who does them.
Sad that Metro doesn't want to be a better partner for safer streets.
