I'm sorry, but the crowd is cheering cause they are misunderstanding him the same way everyone else is.

He's saying gas prices are high (as compared to) taking out a city.

Like a mother in the 50s saying "just wait till your father gets home." It's a threat, not "I'm going to let them do this"

The value of bare land has fallen by almost half over the last year. Our home prices fall next. The next crisis is genuinely right around the corner. Do get prepared!

Add to threat what Republican’s BIG BETRAYAL BILL will do to American’ healthcare system when its cuts hit in January.

You rent. Forever. Everything being a subscription service is the objective of late stage capitalism.

I can't believe how bad housing prices have gotten since I bought mine. I paid 83K in 2002 for an 1800sqft home across from a river. a 30 year mortgage, my payments never went over $800 a month. My niece just bought one with 1700sqft, downtown, for 215K and hers are $1800 a month.

It's crazy.

As long as Europe doesnt construct a similar engine of investment at home that operates on at least a similar scale as a US military VC or a Chinese LGFV, there's nothing that trade measures or policy papers about fx (which is really about adjusted consumer prices tbh) can do to close investment gap

I know it's only October and you're not going to want to hear it, but: the holiday shopping season will be here before you know it. I bring this up because I want to put a persona appeal out there to folks to keep their spending close to home and shop local this year. Between the bad economy and prices going up on everything, it's going to be a tight year for a lot of people, which means it's going to be a tight year for small businesses.

“You finally see rents and housing prices stabilizing…”

Tell that to the young families who still can't afford a starter home and the renters choosing between rent and groceries.

Save big UGREEN NAS devices during Prime Big Deal Days
Save big UGREEN NAS devices during Prime Big Deal Days
Great prices on NAS devices that help you cut out the cloud and subscription fees. I’ve been using a NAS as a home server for the past few months , and it’s been awesome. Not only can I back up essential files and photos, but I’ve also gone down the rabbit hole with Docker and run all kinds of apps — from page change detection to syncing files across devices to a full-bore home media server. I was always a bit intimidated when it came to servers and home networking, but it really didn’t take that long to get up and running with some really cool features, partly thanks to how easy UGREEN makes it. Amazon Prime Big Deal Days October 6 & 7 Shop Prime Big Deal Days During Prime Big Deal Days , there are some great offers on UGREEN NAS devices if you’re also looking to get started with home backup or your own media server. There are small two-bay units , massive eight-bay units , and everything in between. You will have to pick up hard drives to go with these, but the savings on them definitely help offset the overall cost. For anyone needing an easy entry point, the two-bay DXP2800 handles everyday home backups, local media streaming, and private cloud tasks without taking up much desk space. A smaller unit means a smaller price and fewer hard drives you’ll need to purchase. Moving up to the 4-bay DXP4800 Plus gives you significantly more storage capacity and a noticeable boost in processing speed, making it the most balanced and best-in-between pick for multi-user households or small offices. At the top tier — and for those with much larger budgets — the six-bay DXP6800 Pro and massive eight-bay DXP8800 Plus are built for heavy data workflows. Packing Intel Core processors, multi-gigabit connectivity, and support for lightning-fast NVMe caching, these systems easily handle high-demand workloads such as simultaneous multi-stream video editing, virtualization, and massive archive management. No matter which you choose, you’ll be well on your way to creating your home media server or making sure your files stay safely backed up without worrying about the cloud — or subscription fees! Watch as home heating oil prices fail to drop as a result.
Rates of cabon tax on kerosene and natural gas were scheduled to increase between now and May 2027, from €63 per tonne of CO2 to €78.50.

Instead, they will both be reduced back to where they were in 2023 to €48 euro and €50 per tonne of CO2.

Amazon Prime Day Tech Deals: What to Watch Out For
Amazon is offering some of the lowest prices ever on big tech products during this year's Prime Day, but consumers should be cautious as not all deals are as good as they seem. The Daily Mail Online has highlighted several key points to consider when shopping for electronics and gadgets. Many of the discounted items are actually just regular prices with a temporary discount applied, while others may have hidden fees or limitations. For instance, some smart home devices come with subscription requirements that aren't immediately apparent. The article also warns about 'bundled' deals where customers might end up paying more for a package than they would for individual items. Additionally, some products may be refurbished or have minor defects that aren't clearly stated in the product description. The Daily Mail Online advises shoppers to read the fine print carefully, compare prices across different retailers, and consider whether the product truly meets their needs before making a purchase. Prime Day is a major shopping event, but as with any sale, it's important to be a savvy consumer to avoid falling for misleading promotions. The article emphasizes that while Amazon does offer genuine discounts, shoppers need to be vigilant to ensure they're getting the best value for their money.

Two hedges in the name — preview and beta — before a single independent eval lands. Still, MiniMax has form: M2 competed hard on coding at aggressive prices, DeepSeek's home turf. Hard to see this prising production traffic away until the beta yields public, reproducible numbers.
MiniMax's New Text Model M3.1-Flash-Preview Enters Official Beta Testing
MiniMax has launched its new text model M3.1-Flash-Preview for full public testing, featuring native multimodal capabilities and an ultra-long context window of up to one million characters. Developers have linked the model to the previously anonymous 'Space Bunny' model, which topped daily usage rankings on OpenRouter and OpenCode during the Mid-Autumn Festival.
