My life has been upgraded!
Our WiFi keeps cutting out multiple times an hour and it’s driving me CRAZY. And Hyperoptic are USELESS.

Broadband: I was sick of Virgin and didn’t want a BT-based provider. The start-up fibre-only providers (Hyperoptic, Community Fibre, etc) tend to be cheaper and faster.
I went with Hyperoptic. Half the price of Virgin for twice the speed.

Well I won't be recommending Hyperoptic, having arranged to switch with them I discover from my building management company that they are banned from my building and cannot carry out an installation

Looks like the issue Hyperoptic is having at the moment is due to a DNS error. If I change to another DNS provider, like Google (8.8.8.8), I have internet again. #hyperoptic #hyperopticuk #internetoutage

Our home Internet has been down for over 24 hours and I would LOVE to know what Hyperoptic (our ISP) have done
Pinging our address over v4 gets me nothing, and over IPv6 I get “Time exceeded: Hop limit”
mtr shows my packets getting into a routing loop inside their network

Even though there's so much that they could throw away and haven't, family have managed to throw away the packaging Hyperoptic sent for me to return their router.
Despite being told, it being wedged out of the way behind said router and it having "Not To Throw" written on it.
