For their student researcher-ship, Satoshi Yoshida extended our work on dynamic surface code circuits to color codes. They built and simulated iswap color code circuits and wiggling color code circuits. The iswap circuits use fewer entangling layers than CX circuits!

If this video is real, I’m speechless. I’m hard-pressed to consider a more useless application of firepower than TLAMs against BH/ISWAP.
Bridge has had plenty to say about “diverting” firepower to Ukraine. Funny that I don’t hear him decrying the same in the Caribbean or Nigeria.
