One of my favorite soups, Georgian kharcho. But this was the first time that I made it with ground walnuts, and yes, they do elevate the already terrific dish. Unfortunately, it's not very photogenic?

Also got kharcho, which was also good. Very nice flavours but the beef could have done with being stewed a bit more.
