@stonewalluk.bsky.social are a liability to the trans community. We must repudiate them.

james bond thought octopussy literally had 8 pussies. he is a liability in the field.

Yes, which is why I am saying no more than a shift in wind. Turek is a liability.
I am much more skeptical about Iowa. The GOP registration advantage there is formidable. But that is one spot where I would be grateful to be wrong. Sand seems to be in much better shape than Turek.

Like who knows what happens on Tuesday but I am pretty sure that El Sayed is not a liability compared to what is happening here
Michigan Senate candidate Haley Stevens got so drunk at an Asian and Pacific Islander American gala (APIA) that she thought she was at AIPAC.

Who will argue that Vivian can kill up to 50 people without liability first? The provider or insurance?

I mean like you can’t fly, don’t jump off a roof. Just to be clear for liability reasons

i’m feeling incredibly relaxed… my library book, however, is one bubble away from a financial liability 🫧📖

So it sounds like...allowing AI...is a liability.

the problem for marshall is that he genuinely doesn't understand why this is a liability for him

he has slept like a baby sending people to collections for years, he truly doesn't think he did anything wrong, and he feels like if he can just explain it well enough everyone will agree
What an unusual situation: the NYT reports Marshall filmed the ad personally against the advice of his campaign team. Then his staff still refused to air it, so he personally sent it around to media folks to share it: www.nytimes.com/2026/11/01/u...
To close his campaign, Roger Marshall is running a 60-second ad about a central theme of this campaign — how he treated patients.

“We had to keep the lights on, so we occasionally handed accounts over to collection agencies”, he explains.

Trans rights aren't a liability, babe. Ducking them is. 🏳️‍⚧️💅
Yesterday, in a hostile 60 Minutes interview with a Bari Weiss acolyte who once called trans kids a “social contagion,” El-Sayed refused to budge on trans rights.

“A failure to show up and fight for that right is a failure to show up and fight for your own.”

@controller.lacity.gov released their audit on the city's billion dollar liability settlements problem. The biggest issue is the city lacks a system for accountability and transparency to mitigate harm. Unsafe streets, civil rights and excessive force, and collisions make up 70% of settlements.

So I suppose leadership change in the Labour government wasn't about policy & direction , it was just because Starmer's unpopularity made him an electoral liability . How depressing .
Home Secretary confirming refugees who go through the asylum system will start at a 20 year route to settlement - but with 10 more years if they arrived irregularly. So many, many refugees will face a 30 year wait for settlement, all while facing reviews every 2.5 years.

1) She’s a liability and she needs to be gone ASAP

2) Jesus christ get her away from this man

So i have a secondary question. For stablecoins, you *in theory* have it backed nearly 1:1. so each asset has a liability. When they freeze the stablecoin holdings indefinitely from a hack presumably that frees them from liability indefinitely
Ok, i saw a screencap of some joke post saying the crypto hack increased North Korea GDP by USD 6 billion

Now I am seriously thinking..... Does it? Which part of GDP it added?

Code is not the product, code is the means to the product. Excessive code is inefficient liability

Gotta say it for liability concerns

100%. They should have to carry liability insurance just like any other licensed professional.
October 29, 2026 at 3:47 PM
The silver lining is that pro Israel Dems are now (correctly) viewed as a liability
November 1, 2026 at 7:49 PM
yeah, mostly. anything you take responsibility for is a liability. more code is more liability (because it does ~more). dependencies are liability, too, but they tend to be shared/amortized.

That, and: the Dominion case proved to them that when you are a huge corporation you can't tell the same lies as some shithead on a podcast without having some serious liability

Government liability is ultimately public liability.
