Detesto esses travestir invejoso com lipedema, vsf
I don't honestly know if I have lipedema or not. My legs are killing me tonight. There was 2 weeks where I gained 8# in a week, then lost it in 5 days. That had to be water.

They have lipedema, but *lymphedema* physical therapy has notably helped with symptom management
I'll see if I can turn up any more of their discussions about it in a little bit; gotta get ready to go vote after my housemate's meeting

"Oh yeah you probably do have lipedema"
And then me trying to figure out what specialists to see (so far lymphedema PT has been the most helpful)

To be clear I wasn’t and am not looking for medication management for pain. But I would feel really seen and heard if any provider ever wanted to investigate diffuse body pain or seek the underlying structural issues that bring on the POTS/ME/chronic pain/lipedema wheelhouse of stuff.

Long Covid, physical pain (fibro? lipedema? Who knows), and a job that does not allow me to do anything else during my work week is making the progress on removing my old bed and building my new bed slow...

these are almost all activewear leggings which means they offer slight compression—EXACTLY what i need for my lipedema.

I have lipedema, where my lymphatic fluid builds up in my body instead of leaving it naturally. Mediterranean diets are good. Basically stay away from processed food, white foods. But also weird random things, like Nightshade veggies (tomatoes, eggplant, peppers, all of which I love).
