Check with Lyft. I drive part-time for Lyft. On election days they hv reduced-no fees for passengers going to voting polls. I already volunteered to drive such passengers tomorrow, from 10am-2pm. (Volunteer drivers = passenger rides to polls are free for them bc I won't get paid to drive them)
