Okay, I know at first glance the decision to send ArieForce One to Six Flags Magic Mountain seems weird.

But imagine if you will this iconic park entry ...

(I have ZERO idea if this would actually work)

All new video!

We all know by that Arie Force One is coming to Six Flags Magic Mountain but where in the park could it go, and how long will they keep the name?

I ate all 11 Fright Fest dishes at Six Flags Magic Mountain. The winner: crispy, Cajun-rubbed Last Leap Frog Legs. The Black Widow Wings came second.

Would you try frog legs?

The X2 portion of the "Greatest Coasters on Earth" mural has been removed at Magic Mountain. They are wasting no time removing signage from around the park.

#MagicMountain has retired #X2 due to dozens of serious brain injuries and lawsuits. I tend to take all coasters with a stiff neck to minimize motion sickness, weird to think I could have been saving my own life 😬 Hasta la vista, X2.

#photography #photooftheday #rollercoaster #rollingthedice
At some point the loopy coasters became too much for my weaksauce stomach and I started taking them with my eyes closed. The whole park (well most of it) from atop one of X2's high points. So I miss the entire show as it happens, but I hold a camera up with the shutter on repeat so I can see later what I missed. Most of the shots wind up being blurry madness, but there's an occasional gem.

“X” closing at #MagicMountain marks the end of a chapter. Design and construction of “X” resulted in #Arrow (#Matterhorn ride vendor) going bankrupt. The ride was extreme but not rough. Examples still run in other parks.

”The Magic Mountain” by Thomas Mann. I’ve been in a reading rut for about a month, but I started this a few days ago and I’m about 100 pages in. I really like it. I already ordered another Mann book. 😂 #books #booksky #literature #reading #thomasmann #magicmountain #writing

#MagicMountain This ride is self-evidently dangerous - VERY dangerous - and the Park should not allow it to exist. But it does, and people are getting badly hurt. Yet if we don't go on the ride, we don't get hurt. Something to consider.

Thrill Glider looks awesome!!

I'm kind of laughing that they're naming the first thrill glider in the world...thrill glider? Feels like naming it Roller Coaster. 😂

But anyway! Woot woot, catch me on Thrill Glider next year for sure! 🎢
