My inverts are getting so much stronger now! So happy with these, though there’s still room for improvement.

Just refining this move now, though is it a #pdarcher or a #pdbowandarrow ?

My handspring is getting so much stronger now, and we’ve starting working on going up from the Ayesha into a pencil! It’s so hard but so good.

Here’s a nice little handspring! I’m starting to feel so much stronger in these now! I wonder how long it’ll take before I can deadlift them now…?

Here’s a move I used to love but I can’t quite find the lock in my hips to feel secure enough to let go with that bottom hand!

Here’s some spinny move that I’ve always known as a Carousel, but I am reliably informed is absolutely not!

Been a slightly negative rut lately, hence the lack of posts, but I’m getting my mojo back again! Here’s a nice little handspring where I neglected to mention what I was wearing before I did it 🙈

Novice handspring coming alone now! So I can almost do it without a spotter now, but not quite! Amazing how quickly it’s all coming together

What is going on lately! I voluntarily (ish) went into a brass monkey - a move I’ve long despised - and I felt comfortable in it! It was so strange, but definitely one I’ll be doing again!
