The party continues. Because of the nationwide power outage, Georgian Water and Power company posted that parts of Tbilisi, Mtskheta, and Rustavi will also have water supply problems 🤦🏻♀️
There’s a total and complete sudden blackout in Tbilisi, seemingly also Batumi, Kutaisi, and maybe the entirety of Georgia too.

There are two water control points (dams for hydropower) in the Mtkvari directly upstream. One at Mtskheta and one in South Tbilisi at Ortachala.
The representative of Eagle Hills said the company has experience in such situations which require water management, such as having buffers lakes.
