LLMs can’t create surprising structure without heavy intervention because doing what’s expected is the telos of prompted next-token prediction. Even if you torture it into delivering out-of-band structure, there is no unity of motivated narrative consciousness to bind it together.

I had a conversation today about something I always wondered but never realized.
Why did the Trojans bring the wooden horse into their city?
Because they wanted to believe the war had been won, and that this was a token of Greek defeat. They couldn't see past the narrative they wanted to be true.

A buried acknowledgment is not a magic wand. You can still plagiarize someone’s original research and narrative construction while giving them a token credit—especially if you then market the work as something you “uncovered” yourself.

Very here for a cycle of spirit dragons which rhyme with the original Khans, demonstrating similarity with the status of the old timeline but also modification & improvement. Keeping them to the commander decks also neatly sequesters the meta nod so that it doesn't jar with the main set's narrative.
