You can also try #neography, but I find a lot more neographies on, for example, Tumblr than I do on Bluesky.

If you want something already made and don't want to go through the process of making an orthography from scratch I highly suggest omniglot.com, it's basically a repository for everything writing and language including alt-orthographies and neographies (new scripts made from scratch)
