I'm not sure I'd go that far. #notallboomers etc. But there is a very clear generational gap in opportunity. I feel it in my mid 40s. My lovely students cannot get psychology jobs despite their clear aptitude. It breaks my heart

There's a Facebook account called "the Clowncil of Glasgow" that typifies a bad attitude in this city. Today it's posting about the trees being cut down at Carlton Place. How could the council do this?? 5 mins googling - the quay wall is end-of-life but they're making a new park after fixing it.

Sky News has been chasing GBeeBees’ coattails for some time…I suspect it’s only older demographics that watch the news on the telly in substantive numbers & that’s why they’re all chasing them.
*Obvs #notallBoomers etc, but as a demographic they tend to lean rightwards

You gotta understand that when millenials and gen x was growing up, culturally the boomers (don't hashtag notallboomers me) had completely bought into their parents' strict gender role-based view of adulthood, and tried to ruthlessly shame and punish any semblance of childhood out of their kids.
