Similarly, a patient with anti-LGI1 encephalitis does not have encephalitis CAUSED BY SLE. That patient does NOT have NPSLE. The patient has both SLE and anti-LGI1 encephalitis, and there may be an association, but they are separate conditions. Thoughts?
