Use case - I am recording A LOT of data (1TB over a few hours) to an NVME drive, so it gets HOT. I'm plugging this NVME M.2 drive into a camera (bm studio cam 6k) via USB-C.

my NVMe has been fine all this time for like 4 years but everyone on the internet says everything will get corrupted and data will be lost and your computer will explode and no storage is safe
