It has the required Safety Lights so is it a "Military" Threat? Call it "Prior-Experience" with Hiding and OPDEC. First thing you do is turn off the Lights, Optical "Stealth" "Police don't know the Freq" I Love Cops but How Many are Technically Astute? Now that Lighting Arrangement Might Help ID.
