Tragically, this entire litter of puppies was dumped and has since contracted parvovirus at the shelter. We want to give them the best chance at surviving and thriving. They are very tiny but also very brave and you can help them below ❤️‍🩹

This is Tokyo. She got parvovirus and developed a complication where the intestines fold into themselves, causing a life-threatening obstruction. She needed surgery to remove 6 inches of intestines and supportive care to survive. You can help us cover her extensive care below ❤️‍🩹

It's not. Feline parvovirus (feline panleukopenia virus) and canine parvovirus are closely related to each other but not to human parvovirus. We can't get parvovirus from dogs or cats and vice versa. But dogs and cats can get parvovirus from each other.

This is Jodie. She was found as a stray at only 9 weeks old with diarrhea and a loss of appetite. Her symptoms are consistent with parvovirus, a life-threatening disease that requires emergency hospitalization. She now needs supportive care to survive. Help her below ❤️‍🩹
