Now with self-update, some bugfixes, and finally a `pie install` command when you're in a PHP project to offer installs for missing extensions (globally)

I've just released 🥧 PIE 0.6.0! This release adds commands to manage repositories, allowing maintainers/users to test with local paths, add VCS repositories, and Private Packagist!

This release brings a bunch of new features & fixes, including:

- Support for PHP 8.5

🥧 I've been a little quiet recently, been working on a new feature to make some of the "bundled" PHP exts available in PIE. The POC is working, but needs polishing. There are potential pitfalls though, such as extensions getting out of sync with your PHP version! #phppie #thephpfoundation #pie #phpc
