#PlantScience #SecMet I am running plantismash (plantismash.bioinformatics.nl) using cds.fa and .gff3 and got error message "No GFF3 record IDs match any sequence record IDs." Anyone has run it with cds.fa and .gff3? Care to share with me their example files?
