I don't read Deltarune theories out there but brain just came up with some interesting theories for next chapter plotpoints and ohoo

As it turns out the way to make the best volume yet is to have Ruby interact primarily with actually likeable people and tell an actual story arc from start to finish instead of sprinkling 20 different plotpoints for "later" that end up being crammed into the last 2 episodes of a later volume.

As it turns out the way to make the best volume yet is to have Ruby interact primarily with actually likeable people and tell an actual story arc from start to finish instead of sprinkling 20 different plotpoints for "later" that end up being crammed into the last 2 episodes of a later volume.
I remember the Ruby and Saphire arc being amazing and then you jump into Diamond's garbage heap and just when you are about to drop it, it turns out this arc is extremely super important and pays off three different plotpoints.
But then BnW went into Hiatus and I dropped it

In terms of plotpoints, there is quite a bit that happens in Saints of Steel that impacts Daggerbound. OTOH, you’re going to reread them all anyway, right? 😄 I think there’s good enough summaries in Daggerbound to catch up without comprehensive “spoilers”…

I especially loved how it managed to conclude and tie together plotpoints from the previous games. Despite there being some "out there" exposition, even for Metal Gear's standards. And a few plotholes. (that I learned about later) It really felt like a grand, and definitive, finale. This was it.

i was super into it from the start but i think it was just a kind of disappointment with how it went? maybe its just not for me. Jax made me cry every time i thought abt her for three days after the finale tho and ive genuinely forgot abt the rest of the cast's plotpoints and backstories atp
