These smear campaigns conflate GrapheneOS with forks and modifications of it sold by shady companies. Those usually include a device management app to remotely manage the devices of their customers as if they're employees. These are largely not GrapheneOS devices or have preinstalled malware apps.

Distros decide one thing exactly: which things come preinstalled and set up.
Included in the preinstalled software is usually a package manager. This lets you install officially packaged applications.

It came preinstalled with the custom firmware unleashed and a couple others. If you search like “kitchen sink Bluetooth flipper zero” it should point you to the right direction.

I had a vision of this in my head for quite some time and I finally got around to doing it. Thank you Krita for coming with preinstalled leaf stamps otherwise I would have never finished this. I don't usually do lineless art but I really like how this one turned out.
