Again, Mike Schreiner hits Ford really hard this time on his plan to criminalize homelessness. It's a shame Schreiner is the leader of the Green Party, which under first-past-the-post will struggle to win only 2 seats.

One study revealed that all of the democracies that experienced civil war between 1960 and 1995 had majoritarian or presidential systems. None of them were based on proportional representation.
