makes me wonder, if you had every computer in the world syncing their local clocks continuously via some optimal P2P algorithm (with all nodes being honest), how accurate would it be?
(also assuming all nodes have standard RTCs, nothing fancy)

We are 20 times more likely to die as a consequence of vehicles than we are to die at work. work place incidents are investigated far more thoroughly than RTCs. Perhaps a lesson there.

i mean i hope this is the first of many RTCs. and it does seem like a slightly easier / simpler test setup with less noise than testing developers with repositories they're unfamiliar with, or measuring learning alongside speed for novice developers

Kennedy is wrong! Schools call the cops for black kids, they get sent to "behavioral schools," or RTCs far away from home. It's the white kids that get the pediatrician appointment and a script for adderall.

IIRC there's some good research supporting reduced RTCs among younger drivers using telematics devices (black boxes), with the added bonus of reduced insurance costs.

gonna strangle my coworker because she has 93 RTCs for one of her providers that she hasn't touched but i can hear her talking with everyone when she doesnt have a call and its like bro!! you are between calls! do your RTCs! SO MANY OF THEM ARE RECALLS TOO THEYRE EASY RAAAAAAAA

Writing this was a ton of fun (and TBH a great excuse to get Erin and Julie in my co-author pokedex of ID rockstars). Particularly want to highlight the modern MSK infection RTCs table, which points to how much early PO switch has become standard among the people who do run Ortho ID clinical trials.

Here in Oxfordshire we saw loud opposition to 20mph speed limits (RTCs already well down) for example.
Similar with LTNs.
Once measures are in, and working, most people are happy.
