We have just heard that the Court of Appeal has granted

Apparently in the case of #SaraSharif, the #SocialServices Department had 16 chances to intervene, & possibly prevent her murder! That's not just simply a lack of funding, it's a reflection of the failure of Social Services!

You may have seen tragic news of #SaraSharif being reported. Sara was not a hidden child. As in the tragic case of Victoria Climbiè, she fell through the gaps and was failed by the services involved in her life. Concerns had been raised and seemingly not acted upon within a multi agency framework.
