Electroniq WIP. I had fun diving into the world of ElkSD64, MMFS, SPI and sdcards. The result is that you can now use MMFS in my Acorn Electron emulator, even right in your browser if you want to 🥳 So my emulator can now load virtual tapes, disks and sdcards

Getting into 3D printing is one of the best thing I’ve done this past year. Wanted a secure case for sdcards for all the filming I will be doing next week @droidcon.bsky.social NYC. Found a free design, a few hours later one sdcard case created!

Correction to post; S25 no longer take SDcards,... only sim. Transferred all data via USB connect between phones. Absolutely Fabulous!

the only purpose of physical media is to promptly be ripped to a durable digital format where it can trivially be preserved perfectly, forever, and stored in bulk in the space of a fingernail.(no, random reader, dont actually use 1tb sdcards for storage lmao they're not very durable)

A friend handed over an obscure 16bit ISA DTC SCSI card with D25 connector only. I soldered an internal 50pin and pushed it to my MikroMikko 3 286. Now it has both MFM and SCSI emulators, using sdcards. Fully operational. But why? 🫣🥰

Poppin' LP-E6N (1865mAh) battery in for a fresh charge, and wiping down the lens for a photo walk later, likely around late afternoon towards sun set hours.
I normally carry just two batteries, and two 64GB SDcards on a walk.. one card can hold 400+ RAW images . 🤠🤙📿
