After-school collapse can reveal what a young person has been holding together all day. For many, coping in school doesn’t always mean coping comfortably. For SENDCOs, teachers and commissioners: what can we change during the school day to reduce overwhelm and better support the transition home?

Last call on this - I have room for about nineteen more heads I think. First come first served. In an hour or so I'll be calling for SENDCOs and SEND consultants - get ready for that!
Are you a headteacher, serving or retired, a deputy or and assistant Head?
Of so, could you comment on this thread and I will put together a head teacher starter pack.
Please Repost for maximum reach.
