Ingles is really stepping up their game and the soy milk department and the silk soy milk. They now have original soy milk, vanilla soy milk plus chocolate soy milk. This is huge in the refrigerator section. They did not have this before and I was tired of the shelfstable shit.

i have used food banks in the past. most people don't know this. Food banks are mostly full of shelfstable items that will keep you from starving but they do not have fresh meat, fresh vegetables, or fresh fruit.
