No one around me takes a single precaution.Not my family.Not my community.They didn't in 2020 either.I have tried to talk about Covid, masking,about staying home when sick,about anything at all.And no one listens.It is like shouting into that well,where it only echoes from the bottom back to me.

I like to think that somewhere out there in the multiverse, Mariah Carey is living a normal everyday non-celebrity life, perhaps shopping for groceries or going to the gym, and is sick of hearing me sing “All I Want For Christmas Is You.”
I went from a forward spin to a backwards fountainhead and that did me in. I think going backwards is my kryptonite (I also get sick going backwards on trains) and I either need to not do it oooooor get over it.

Lung problems are very minimal still but my thyroid is acting up. This seems to happen every time I get sick now. Bleh
