When Leo crossed himself at the Villanova/Notre Dame event he began to speak Spanish then remembered he didn’t have to. His English was Spanish-accented for a few words. He retains residuals of Spanish in general.

Literally every time I apologized for my bad Spanish, the spanish speakers I was working with said they appreciated me putting in the effort to help. It was a lot of “I know a little English, you know a little Spanish, let’s get this done!” I love connecting with my fellow human BEINGS!!!
