On the policy, and just me spitballing here as a litigator with 27 years experience, Heinrich/Whitehouse have negotiated from a position of weakness, repeatedly accepting Trump's transgressions on renewables & thereby weakening their own leverage. Rs knew their threats to walk weren't credible.
Unfortunately, it appears that @whitehouse.senate.gov is Abundance-pilled & has adopted IFP's acrobatic rationalization to sweep aside Trump's intensifying War on Renewables all in hopes he can legislate it away.

I'm also wondering about education rates. Women have been getting bachelor's and advanced degrees at a higher rate than men for a while now. As the job market tightens, it might be making applicants with higher credentials even more valuable. This is just me spitballing a little

I would think such an approach would be more stable than the current nonexist Income from users of the online service and similarly be more stable to the content provider than the hit and miss income from Pay wall fees.

I believe you. But if it was on tape, then imo it was likely not a genuine offer, just Nixon spitballing a vague ‘don’t worry, I’ll take care of you boys.’ The taping system was removed more than a full year before he resigned. And then of course, he turned down their pardon requests.
