In fairness to #KemiBadenoch, about the one sensible thing she's said is that #stampduty is actually a bad tax. But what do you replace it with? How about a #wealthtax? Imagine the reaction. If this is going to be your last conference as #Tory leader, you might as well go down in a blaze of glory.
