The authors of this paper reversed the amino acid sequence of a nanobody and apparently expected it to function like the forward sequence.

Yeah, no, that's not how proteins work.

The name of my specialism is Macromolecular Crystallography.
I refine models against crystallographic data that I have collected.

Therefore I am in Macro Data Refinement I shall take no further questions.

I'd call this version 0.0.0. it's highly functional. Coded by parallel Claude agents and tested by running #Relion tutorials. This WebUI wraps #IsoNet2 into a Relion interface, internalizes picking jobs and ships securely in browser

An example I use in class is the plant JA receptor. It took 20+ years of genetics from a mutant to the gene likely being the JA receptor and other mutants to show it was JA-ILE not JA. The capstone paper was structural bio validating intxn with 3D model. So language went from genetics to strucbio.

No no no no.

"Predicted". Not "determined". Not "solved" It is a hypothetical model. Not a "structure".

Get it right.
