As a scientist studying the Earth System, it is not easy to miss out on important meetings that strengthen collaborations. But as a citizen, I feel the weight of the 1 ton of CO2 added by another seat on a jet to the US... and I've taken more than my fair share. It is a trade off.

Reena's recently graduated as a Clinical Nutritionist. I've spoken to her since the war on Gaza. She was studying in a tent under that oppression! Who among you would graduate under those conditions? Please read and share at the very least.

The amount of studying young pilots do and the amount of knowledge they have fresh in their heads is incredible. The more “experienced” pilot would have been flying that plane in that situation.

Studying is actually easy when you learn how to do it. The fundamentals are easy; it’s just a lack of guidance and practice in classes that makes it seem hard.

Thank you. It's been a lot of fun studying something completely different for a change of pace

I guess it depends on how involved one gets in the creative process. I am deeply skeptical of anything that doesn't involve iteration. A lot of my early work on studying amateur and expert creators surfaced iteration and responding to real-world constraints as key features in creativity.

Please tell me that's a keloid (healed scar with excess skin) between your breasts. I try not to linger my eyes on anyone's body because I don't want to make them uncomfy but I was kinda studying your scars

But you can't criticize or cast any shade on the "settlers".
That'd be anti-Semitic. And they've worked so hard, studying and practicing all of Professor Hitler's lessons.
There is a considerable difference between Zionism and Judaism.
Idk who this guy is but he’s 100% right, watch 👇👇
But now, even going to harvest your own olives can mean facing intimidation, harassment, and groups of armed settlers.

Lastly, I'll add that with co-organizer @amormino.bsky.social this year, our main focus is on what #empathy and #morality research can and should be looking ahead. How do we amplify a variety of voices and reckon with the complexities of studying these topics across disciplines and career stages?

Daichi peered at him curiously, with a stupidly adorable tilt of his head. "I was just wondering when you were going to stop your faux-studying."

Ah, Koushi was lucky to have such an attentive partner, now wasn't he?

“I was distracted,” Koushi relented. “I was just…thinking…”

Charlotte makes that problem much harder to keep abstract. She is a young girl who has been bitten, and she becomes caught up in a facility studying her condition. The story eventually takes Roman into HiboCorp and exposes atrocities being committed there.
