And that’s yet another reason why Minnesota is the best.

Either way, it'll likely go to a recount. MN provides for a publicly funded recount if requested and the margin is less than 0.25%, and this would be about 0.15%.

The stiff pose is for rigging purposes, and of course she's missing a lot of detail like wings, mouth interior, horns, and etc. I have a bit more cleanup to do on her body mesh, but very interested to see how she moves!

Also, there's no Subd on this; I retopologized at this resolution by hand :'D

Why do I worry about viewer numbers when I stream? I have less than 500 followers on YT and not even half that on twitch but usually around 20 viewers when streaming on twitch. So almost 10%

And then I just looked at someone streaming on YouTube. He has more than 80.000 subd and only 30 people […]

Regarding preemption, the COA did not buy the City's argument that state building code preempts Right to Repair. The Court finds that nothing in ROR evades permitting requirements. Repairs requiring a permit still need a permit, but building code allows many "ordinary repairs" which ROR could cover

the .fbx file format actually does support creased mesh geometry, but only if you export it from Maya or 3ds max into other platforms. you can import the meshes into rhino and convert them to subd to retain the crease info, but the rhino fbx exporter is bugged and doesn't write crease data

The Court finds no conflict preemption between ROR and
Minn. Stat. § 504B.185, which governs the process for city inspections of rental property. COA finds that these are different laws for different scenarios. Where have we heard that before?

Michelle Gross / CUAPB is sending out this letter, which carries IMO a strange and wrong claim. I'm not an expert, but I've searched and read about CAHOOTS across several years. I have never seen a claim that they compromised mental health response.

CAHOOTS was *started* by a mental health clinic

More recent 325D.44 Subd 1a looks stronger on advertising.

Fees still increasing: ~⬆25% in fee inquires this year vs. last. We need to just ban nonoptional fees.

Haha, yeah, that was my approach, and then I slap something on the size of grain of sand and ask myself "is 2 levels of subd enough???"

Thanks again for taking the time

Like this was one of the first custom greeble sections I made for it, at a time when I was planning for it to be lower detail, and now these bits are too faceted and I will have to update them. I should just make a subd-ready greeble library so I could increase the detail as needed, but I didn't.

AI is subsidized heavily right now if you buy a subscription. For some reason people that use AI for stuff like this quote the unsubsidized (or less subd) API price, not what they actually paid. Maybe it sounds cooler to them?

They actually paid a few K. But real energy costs are more like the 56k.

This is exactly what I did with the measures I developed in Dev Success Lab projects because we wanted them to be openly available regardless of either journal publications (this also constrained what journals we subd to) + if the lab ever closed (I was correct about that! RIP)

not quite correct and it is much more complicated than that, sadly. i have wanted a kei truck for a very long time but they are just not practical to license here in MN
Minnesota Kei Truck Registration Guide
Minnesota defines mini trucks at Minn. Stat. § 169.011 subd. 40a and allows road use only on roadways designated by a local ordinance under § 169.045. Permits, insurance, equipment, and DVS titling.
