i cant get into detail but i will say #SVTheBrokenMirror is at times very much themed around what the scarlet/violet cast are going through psychologically no matter how much they personally try to play it off

i'm really enjoying making proper video game ass rpg dungeons and zelda puzzles for these kids to figure out in #SVTheBrokenMirror . that's something pokemon has kinda struggled to do and grown out of since it stopped using grid-based movement imo, especially with how open SV is

i've been planning for a while that once you're done with a gym battle you can also play it as the people with you as kind of a battle CD type deal (it happened canonically either way)

i think i might state outright in the manual that everything you can soft reset for (and maybe even eggs, if there are any) is shiny locked because i respect your time, and if you really really want one there's a way to earn a transformation

peek behind the curtain because i haven't had much to say about #SVTheBrokenMirror lately; i'd like Orgul to be a very rural region uninterested in urbanizing and is struggling to remain that way, so you'll see unfinished roads, towns that think they're big cities but can't really support it, etc

probably doesn't matter since i don't have patreon backers i promised a demo, but i think i've accepted the current build of #SVTheBrokenMirror is just to make maps and test graphics, and making it more of a full featured game will wait until the new GSC essentials update is done
