Creo que hay unos reposacabezas japoneses de madera (normalmente con acolchado) que se llaman takamakura y tenían una función similar (dormir sin estropear peinados muy elaborados).

i imagine tiefling societies have special pillows to accomodate horns, maybe something made from a memory foam-like material, or custom-made ones with indents for the horns and support for the neck - or even something like a geisha's takamakura!

That’s a takamakura (lit. a tall pillow), used by geisha so they could sleep without messing up their elaborate hairdos.
