Sadly, McDonald's has changed & I don't think the co-founders, Richard & Maurice McDonald, would have sold their business if they knew decades later what would have become of it. #TheHistoryChannel #TheFoodThatBuiltAmerica

In her not-so secret life as a food historian/writer, Helena was back on #thefoodthatbuiltamerica last night, talking about boxes of chocolate. You can stream it on the the History channel. Fab! ✌️✨🙂 #foodhistory #foodwriter #pittsburghband #historychannel

Watching the History Channel in my hotel bed while the rest of the family sleeps is the most Dad thing I’ve done so far and I love it so much.

Helena was featured on last night’s episode of ‘The Food That Built America’ (HISTORY channel), on mall food courts & she was fantastic. Stream it on the History channel web site/app. She’ll be on again in a few more weeks! 🙂❤️

I would rather eat boring ass, no flavor, Kellogg's Corn Flakes than ever touching a bowl of Post Grape Nuts cereal. 💀💀💀

I'm watching #TheFoodthatBuiltAmerica because #GH is not working for me on #Hulu this morning. This episode is about the Boiardi family (Chef Boy-ar-dee) and Kraft. Interestingly, Kraft created mac and cheese in a box using dehydrated cheese that had been in a warehouse for 20 years.
