Kit from Gameoverse recreated in City of Heroes: Thunderspy, standing beside the character registration menu. I don't have the slightest idea how she got there.

Depending on which City of Heroes server you play on (Homecoming, Rebirth, Thunderspy, etc.), the costume creator can get really crazy. Rebirth adding full RGB values in their next update for example.

If you play City of Heroes, there is a web-based character planner: coh-sidekick.com

Currently it supports Homecoming and Rebirth servers, and could use more people testing and reporting bugs they find.. especially on the Rebirth side. Thunderspy support is in the works!

Installed City of Heroes/City of Villains for the first time to try out some private servers. Poked into Thunderspy, mainly because they have more options for player customization, and you can customize pets.

Holy fuck there's so many options. Gonna have to set aside some real time for that.

I can't speak to SWG, but for City of Heroes at least, you can't use a VPN while creating an account but you can easily play while using a VPN. That's true for the Homecoming, Rebirth, and Thunderspy City of Heroes servers.

City of Heroes has been resurrected on multiple servers, and has had so many positive changes and additions since relaunch, and free to play. Do some googling on City of Heroes Homecoming (recommended), Rebirth, or Thunderspy. It still holds up!

server. Say what you will about Thunderspy (some of it deserved, some of it not), their developers do actually care about City of Heroes and the community, and teach people how to develop on their Discord server. Granted, a lot of it is for their server, but most seems generic.

I *think* that these are all of the existing public City of Heroes servers. It looks like another extremely tiny server named East RP bit the dust last year as it wasn't up when I was trying to verify this list. - digg.com/city-of-hero...
