After a whole month of physio, dental, osteo, massage, PAIN PAIN & MORE PAIN, today I can move my neck & jaw with just a little soreness. Worst attack ever 😔 #TMJD

Slept heavily for nearly 2 1/2hrs this afternoon. The tmjd flares knock me out more than the migraines. I have no idea why, internet search says it's the pain but even when I keep the pain down with ice etc the fatigue is like nothing else. It's the only headache that will make me fall asleep

sitting up because I can't keep my eyes open. Neither the gps or the dentist will help when a flare happens so I'm left to deal with it by methods I find on the internet. TMJD is the medical turd in a flaming bag, no one wants to deal with it because it's so complicated.

Instead of going for a nice lunch with my SIL today I'm texting her at 7am to postpone. So I can sit with ice pack on my jaw all day & try to eat soft food. I don't know what triggered it but I spent all night drifting in & out of sleep with stabbing pains up the side of my head from a TMJD flare 💀

Gastroscopy confirmed slight inflammation of my stomach but nothing to explain why I can't eat normally without pain. Thankfully no scarring or hernia 🙌. Was very tender last night so am a little sore now from it all & got up this morning with full tmjd flare, pains in my teeth, jaw & head.

- Suggestion to see a dentist, which means going to the next county over because our health department doesn't HAVE a dentist right now
- Recommended some jaw exercises to help the muscles relax
- Also suggested getting a bite guard and a TENS unit 🫠
