I chipped my tooth last night while flossing and I'm praying to god that I broke it on a piece of popcorn and it popped off while flossing and NOT that my tooth is so weak and fucked up that the floss broke it. I'm So scared to lose my teeth.

Does each person over 55 or so pick a few things they stock up on, I was just looking for floss picks for my travel bag (hoping that would be one of the things) but apparently its tooth brushes, tooth paste and tums.

mine is: floss for like 10 mins, mouth wash, brush for like 10 minutes, scrape tongue 😅 I just at it until it feels clean. If I touch my tooth with my finger and can still feel plaque in the gum line im still brushing

I know, but I’m use to it. I wrap the floss around the tooth and move the floss gently, my gums never bleed at all…I use mouth wash twice a day and I do a salt rinse once a day. And I use over a half liter of water in my water pic, 3 times a day…
