While transactual publishes the EqA by NHS England, we shouldn't loose sight of the fact that transitioned people may:
* Elect DNAR/Respect/Advanced orders in order to retain dignity while being perfectly treatable
* Avoid hospital care to prevent indignity to their partners or in DV situations
